I don't know whether its because its what I do when i'mstressed.. but I love baking at the moment!

Traditional Christmas Cake. A quick recipe where the cake doesn't have to stand for days, and the alcohol can simply be poured on the top!

However I wanted them chewy so used Golden Syrup instead of brown sugar. Delicious!
